Event Celebration
Kick off Canada Day at the Norwood Town Hall with a FREE pancake breakfast, hosted by the Township’s Special Events Committee.
Facility Closures
The Municipal Office, Transfer Station, and Public Library branches will be CLOSED on Canada Day (Wednesday, July 1, 2026).

County Road 40 Reconstruction Project
County Road 40 will be closed in stages to permit the replacement and upsizing of the sanitary sewer main.
Construction is scheduled to take place from June 15, 2026 to November 12, 2026. Traffic disruptions, temporary delays, and lane restrictions should be expected during this period.
2026 Municipal Election
The 2026 Municipal Election will take place on October 26, 2026.
