Notice of Public Hearing - Minor Variance File No. A03-2026
The Township of Asphodel-Norwood Committee of Adjustment will consider a Minor Variance Application (File No. A03-2026) for the property located at 43 Baker Street, Norwood, ON K0L 2V0.
Purpose of the Application:
The applicant is seeking relief from the Township’s Zoning By-law 2009-08, as amended, to increase the maximum height of 4.5 metres (14.7’) to 5.18 metres (17’) to allow for the construction of a detached garage.

This hearing is being held under Section 45 of the Planning Act. Members of the public are invited to attend and share their views. Written comments may also be submitted in advance to the Committee Secretary-Treasurer.
