Labour Day 2026 Municipal Closures

The Municipal Office will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026, in observance of Labour Day and will reopen on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

Garbage and recycling collection will continue as scheduled. If your regular collection day is Monday, please have your materials at the curb by 7:00 a.m.

The Asphodel-Norwood Transfer Station will be open on Saturday, September 5, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and closed on Monday, September 7.

Both branches of the Asphodel-Norwood Public Library will also be closed on Monday, September 7.
