Hydrant Flushing Notice – Fall 2026 Maintenance Program

The Township of Asphodel-Norwood Water & Wastewater Department will begin fire hydrant flushing on Monday, October 19, 2026, as part of the annual fall maintenance program. Work is expected to continue for approximately three weeks.

During this time, residents may experience temporary water discolouration or fluctuations in water pressure. If discolouration occurs, please run your cold water tap until the water runs clear.

The Township appreciates residents’ patience and cooperation while this important maintenance work is completed.
