Highway 7 Construction Notice - Village of Norwood - commencing July 22, 2026

Curb replacement work along Highway 7 in the village of Norwood, from the west village limits to the east village limits, is scheduled to begin Wednesday, July 22, 2026. The curb replacement work will take place during daytime hours.

Once the curb replacement is complete, milling and paving of the existing Highway 7 surface will begin. Milling and paving operations will take place overnight.

To allow crews to access the curb, motorists are asked not to park in the parking lanes along the affected sections of Highway 7 while curb replacement work is underway.

Motorists should follow all posted signage, use caution when travelling through the work area and expect temporary disruptions. The construction schedule may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
