Keep your letter and PIN secure.

Missing a letter?

Letters may arrive on different days, including within the same household. If someone eligible to vote in your household has not received a letter once delivery is underway, please contact the Municipal Office so staff can check their information and assist.

Received a letter for someone who no longer lives at your address?

Please do not open or use it. Return it to the Municipal Office during office hours or place it in the secure drop box affixed to the wall outside the Municipal Office doors.

Received more than one letter addressed to you?

Please use only the Voter Information Letter with your correct information, including school support. If you are unsure which letter to use, contact the Municipal Office before voting.

Return any additional letters to the Municipal Office during office hours or place them in the secure drop box outside the Municipal Office doors.
