Notice of Intention to Adopt an Updated Procedural By-law

Please be advised that the Council of the Corporation of Township of Asphodel-Norwood intends to adopt an updated Procedural By-law at its next regularly scheduled meeting on November 10, 2025.

The proposed updates were presented to Council on October 21, 2025, and are available for review under Item R7 of the Council Meeting Agenda. The meeting recording is also available on the Township of Asphodel-Norwood’s YouTube channel.

Written submissions may be provided by contacting the Clerk on or before 4:30 p.m. on November 5, 2025. All submissions may be considered public and hence may form part of the public record of Council. The personal information provided with the submissions is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001 and will be used by members of Council and Township of Asphodel-Norwood staff in their review of this matter.
