Municipal Office Closure - Labour Day 2025

The Township of Asphodel-Norwood Municipal Office will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2025 in observance of Labour Day.

• Garbage & Recycling: Regular curbside collection will take place. Please have materials at the curb by 7:00 a.m.

• Transfer Station: Open Saturday, August 30 (8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.) and closed Monday, September 1.

• Norwood Market: Join us for the final market of the 2025 season at 42 Victoria St., Norwood on Saturday, August 30 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

• Library & Programs: The Asphodel-Norwood Public Library will be closed on Labour Day. No programs will be offered at the Library or through the Asphodel-Norwood Active Senior Connection Hub.
