Garbage and Recycling Collection Update · December 29, 2025

Due to poor weather and road conditions, and in the interest of staff safety, Waste Connections Canada, the Township’s garbage collection contractor, and Emterra Environmental, the Township’s recycling collection contractor, temporarily pulled their trucks from the roads on December 29.

Residents are asked to please bring in any garbage and recycling that was set out for collection.

Double collection will occur next Monday, at which time residents may place out both this week’s material and next week’s material.
