Notice to Residents
The Township will be conducting roadside brushing activities beginning in December of 2022 through to April 2023 on various municipal roads. This work will be weather dependent and activities may be postponed if conditions are not conducive to completing the work.
The purpose of this work is to keep our roads free and clear of any sightline obstructions and to enhance public safety. Work will involve Township staff and a roadside brushing machine to remove any overgrowth. Upon the completion of work by the brushing machine, cleanup of remaining rough areas will be undertaken as required.
There may be minor disruptions to traffic flow during the work, and the work zone will be signed with "Brusher at Work". Access to your home/property will not be restricted; but we ask that you give the operator time to acknowledge you and lower the arm of the machine before you proceed.
