Notice of Intention to Adopt an updated Procedural By-law on September 10, 2024

The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Asphodel-Norwood intends to adopt an updated Procedural By-law at its next regularly scheduled meeting on September 10, 2024.

The proposed By-law, which was presented to Council on August 27, 2024, is available for review as an attachment below. You can also view the meeting recording on the Township of Asphodel-Norwood’s YouTube channel.

Written submissions regarding the proposed By-law can be submitted through our feedback form at www.antownship.ca/feedback until 4:30 p.m. on September 4, 2024. Please note that all submissions may be considered public and become part of the public record of Council. The personal information provided will be used in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, by members of Council and Township staff for the purpose of reviewing this matter.
