NEW Medical Centre | ||||
In response to Asphodel-Norwood residents identifying sustainable family healthcare as their number one concern and number one priority for the future, the Township entered into an intent to lease agreement for 4,028 square feet in the NEW Trillium Medical Campus building located at 17 Spruce Street in the village of Norwood. This new space will adequately support the team of physicians and the Nurse Practitioner recently recruited for our community, and allow the opportunity for specialty services to be provided such as foot care for seniors, a diabetic clinic, etc. The new space will be leased unfurnished, without the medical equipment needed. To further support the new health care team, the Township invites you to become an important part of the NEW Medical Centre with its release of the opportunity to sponsor equipment and furnishings for the space. Please refer to the Sponsorship Package attachment and available Sponsorship Opportunities drop-down below for more details. Sponsorship and donation inquiries may be directed to donations@antownship.ca

For poisonings, contact Ontario Poison Centre at 1-800-268-9017. For all other enquiries (i.e. questions that are not urgent and health-related) chat can be used. When should I use Health Connect Ontario (Health811)? When you have a general health question and not sure what to do, access Health Connect Ontario (Health811) online or by phone. Within minutes, your questions will be answered, providing you with peace of mind.
An added service to Health Connect Ontario (Health811) is when you need to find health services such as if you need to find a new doctor near you. You can also search an online medical library to learn more about medical terms or conditions when you visit Health Connect Ontario. |
