At this time, appointments are ONLY available for people born in 1966 or before
BEFORE YOU CALL, please be ready to provide your name, date of birth, availability for the appointment and Ontario health care number. First and second vaccine appointments will be booked at the same time. If you are having issues with the booking system or have general COVID-19 vaccine questions please contact the Ministry of Health for assistance at 1-888-999-6488. |

Need Transportation? |
Community Care Peterborough is pleased to offer transportation to those need of access to COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics. Please contact your local clinic to request a ride. You will have to provide your name, address, and vaccination appointment date/time. Based on available resources (volunteer drivers), Community Care will do its best to meet your needs. There will be a small fee charged (based on distance) and payable directly to the driver at the time of pickup.
Individuals requiring transportation do not need to register or be an active client of Community Care to receive this service.
