2024 Municipal Scholarship Winner

[Asphodel-Norwood, ON] - The Township is delighted to announce the inaugural recipient of our Municipal Scholarship Program! At the regular Council Meeting held on June 25, 2024, Zoe Robinson was awarded a $1,000.00 scholarship to support her educational journey.

The Municipal Scholarship Program reflects Council's commitment to invest in the youth of our community and support Norwood District Intermediate & High School (NDIHS) students.

Notice of Repair Work on Highway 7: Wed. June 26, 2024

[Asphodel-Norwood, ON] - Please be advised that Township crews will be conducting repairs on water services along Highway 7 tomorrow, Wednesday, June 26, 2024, between the traffic lights at County Rd 40 and Victoria St.

Work is expected to commence first thing in the morning and last the day.

While two lanes of traffic will remain open on Highway 7, avoiding the area is recommended, if possible.
